Our own internal discipline, opened up to clients building their own teams in the Indian Ocean.
We recruit all year round on two floors, so we know where the profiles are, what they are worth on the local market and how fast they move. We put that capability to work for clients setting up their own teams in Madagascar or Mauritius.
Sourcing, direct approach, screening, skills and personality testing, assessments, then job training and telephone technique. We also train supervisors, which is often the real bottleneck when a team grows.
The Malagasy talent pool is the deepest in the region for French. Mauritius brings bilingualism and a legal framework close to European standards. Depending on your need, they are not the same site to aim for.

We source where the people are
Internal pool, direct approach, schools and local networks. Jobboards alone do not cut it on tight profiles.

We test before we present
Skills, spoken and written expression, telephone role play. You only receive candidates who are already filtered.

We train before production
Job training, product training and telephone technique, with an assessment at the end.

Do you recruit for our own local entities?
Yes. It is a service in its own right, separate from outsourcing: you hire, we find and filter.
What level of French is available in Antananarivo?
French is a genuine working language in Madagascar and local schools turn out thousands of speakers every year. Levels range from fluent to very strong written French, which we verify by testing rather than by reading a CV.
Do you train our existing teams?
Yes, on telephone technique, handling difficult customers and team management. On our sites or remotely.
