Training before you start
Nobody takes a call without going through job training and product training first. It is paid.
Real progression
Our supervisors come from the floor. Adviser to supervisor is the normal path, not the exception.

Rosters are shared ahead of time. You know when you work.

Customer adviser
Antananarivo and Port Louis
Inbound calls, email and chat. Good spoken and written French. No experience required.
Telesales agent
Antananarivo
Outbound calls, prospecting and selling. People skills and resilience to rejection. Base plus commission.
Bilingual French English adviser
Antananarivo
International campaigns. Fluent spoken and written English required.
Supervisor
Antananarivo and Port Louis
Team management, metrics tracking, coaching. Contact centre experience required.
Back office agent
Antananarivo
Data entry, checking and case processing. Accuracy and typing speed.
Support functions
Both sites
HR, quality, IT and administration. Roles open depending on needs.
